Home Groups

Our home groups are not just an opportunity to study God’s Word and pray together – they’re also a great way for newcomers to make friends and for all of us to deepen our relationships with each other. We have two groups, in the homes of the Porters on Mondays and the Solaris on Tuesdays.

Each group starts about eight and takes the form of a conversational Bible study until about nine o’clock after which we have a prayer time. Then there is a chance to chat over coffee, but out of respect for our hosts, the house clears at ten! Generally the home groups meet on the first and third Mondays and Tuesdays in the month.

In the past we have studied books of the Bible, Biblical characters and themes and topical issues, sometimes using commercially produced materials, including videos, and sometimes we have developed our own material. At present we are looking at the life of David. Why not join us some Monday or Tuesday evening?
